Nick has managed the Information Systems Audit group since joining Rutgers in 1984. Nick held previous internal audit positions with Twin County Grocers, Inc., and Blue Cross of New Jersey. He has a degree in Accounting from Rutgers-Newark. He also holds a certificate in software programming from Middlesex County College.

In addition to overseeing all IS audit services, Nick consults University clients on computing risks, controls and governance processes. He presents the protecting information systems section of "Controlling Your Assets," a foundation course in Rutgers' Business/Accounting Certificate Program.  He also presents the analyzing risks section of “Setting Objectives and Analyzing Risks,” a foundation course in Rutgers’ Business/Accounting Supervisor Certificate Program.

Nick is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He also has a Certificate in Data Processing (CDP).

Nick is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He also belongs to the Little 10+ Information Systems Auditors, comprised of IS auditors from 25 of the country's largest comprehensive research institutions.
