Vince started at Rutgers in 1997. A professional with over 35 years experience, Vince began his career with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche). He rounded out his 15 years in public accounting with work in both medium and small CPA firms. Vince also held positions as a budget manager and internal auditor in industry and public school systems.

Vince is a graduate of St. Peter's College, the Jesuit College of New Jersey, with a degree in Accounting.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the  Association of College and University Auditors.
